To return an item and receive a refund:
You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) from a luxurytiskirte.com representative. Returns received by luxurytiskirte.com without an RA # will be rejected.
If your return is approved, our representative will email you the RA number and return instructions within 2 business days or less. If your return is not approved, we will respond to you within 2 business days or less with the reason for the disapproval.
Follow the return instructions in the email you received.
Items returned to luxurytiskirte.com must be returned via prepaid shipping by the customer. Use the carrier of your choice to ship the return item. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt. luxurytiskirte.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
There is no “return label” and you will need to write the address in the email on the package itself. Please be sure to ship the item to the return address listed in the email, not the company address listed on the luxurytiskirte.com website.
Returns are typically processed within 2 business days. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
